All sit down for the Sehri. Zeenat makes Amaan sit with Shahbaz. Kabeer asks if he will keep fast too? Zeenat says he wanted to have Sehri with them. Zara says he’s having Sehri, not fasting, Amaan says he has once fasted till 4PM. Zeenat says he started that at 1PM. Kabeer asks Amaan to eat biscuit, they are enough for him. They all have Sehri. Zeenat asks Amaan to brush his teeth. All leave. She says to Amaan that he shouldn’t tell anyone that he’s fasting today, neither before nor after, and he shouldn’t eat anything.
Kabeer and Zara offers Namaz. Zara smiles at him, he wishes her first fast. She says same for you.
Ayesha is preparing for iftar (the meal eaten by Muslims, to break their fast after sunset, every day, during Ramadan). She says the iftar party should be bigger this time. Shahbaz says they have always had big parties, but Kabeer wasn’t a part of their parties, but he will be with them now. Kabeer says yes, he will be with them in every iftar. Shahbaz says this time, the Sharia board party will be arranged by Kabeer and Zara, as they area member of it. Kabeer isn’t happy to hear it.
The Servant brings Mangoes from Aunt Fatima. Ayesha says tell her thanks. Amaan asks Zeenat to make Mango shake for him. Kabeer laughs that he just had biscuits for Sehri. Zeenat hints at him no. Ayesha asks Zara to make Mango shake for him, he’s not fasting. Zeenat gets tensed. Zara takes the Mangoes to make shake for Amaan, but Zeenat says leave it Zara, don’t tire yourself in fast, I will make it, she leaves with Amaan.
Amaan says to Zeenat that he’s hungry. Zeenat says he’s fasting, so he can’t eat, as it’s a sin, and he shouldn’t eat anything, she says she will make shake for him during iftar, he nods and leaves. Zeenat keeps the Mangoes in the Cabinet.
Amaan is playing around, he feels thirsty. Ayesha asks if he’s tired? She says she will make juice for him, but he says no, his Mom has asked him not to eat, he leaves.
Amaan comes to Zeenat and says he’s very hungry, she should give him chocolate. Zeenat says it’s just about few hours, then he can eat anything, and everyone will give him gifts. He nods and leaves.
Amaan throws a ball at Zara and starts playing with her. Amaan is coming down from the stairs towards Zara, but he feels dizzy, due to the fact that he didn’t eat and faints. Zara is shocked and rushes to him. All come to him. Zara asks what happened?
Ruksar, Zeenat and Ayesha rush to him. Ruksar goes to bring water. Zeenat is tensed. Ruksar brings water, Zara sprinkles it on his face, he wakes up. Zara tries to make him drink water, but Zeenat says he is fine, he is tired, he should rest. Zara says they should take him to the Doctor. Zeenat says he knows what he wants, she’s hisother, she takes him from there.
Zeenat makes Amaan lie in bed and asks Ruksar to bring water. She does it. Zeenat makes Amaan lie down. Amaan says he’s thirsty. Zeenat asks if he wants to be like Kabeer, then he should wait for sometime, as he’s fasting and he will soon break it and get reward from God.
Ruksar says he is fasting? Zeenat says yes, as she (Ruksar) wanted her to make him look like Kabeer, so he’s doing it. Ruksar recalls how she told her that the people of this house prefers Kabeer over her husband and Son. Ruksar is tensed. Zeenat says she will make him look like Kabeer, and if Zara and Kabeer) have a Son, then he will work for Amaan for business. Ruksar tells her to think about it, she says she’s sure. Ruksar says to Amaan that soon we will break your fast.
Zara comes there. Zeenat and Ruksaar gets tensed. Amaan says he’s thirsty. Zara sees his pale lips. She takes water and tries to give to him, but Zeenat throws it away and says she can’t destroy his fast! Zara asks if she has gone mad? He is a kid. Zara takes Amaan from her and says she’s taking him to the hospital. She pushes Zeenat away and takes Amaan away from there.
Zara comes to Ayesha and tells Zeenat was forcing a kid to fast. Ayesha asks Zeenat what is this? And that Amaan is small, see his health. Zeenat says he was forcing himself to keep a fast, and he ate Sehri with them, nothing will happen, he is fine. Zara sees Amaan dizzy and says no Man is home, so they have to take him to the Doctor ASAP, she leaves with Ayesha and Amaan.
Zara calls for a Car, she takes Amaan to the hospital. Zeenat and Ruksar goes behind her in the Car too. Ayesha tries to call Kashan and Shahbaz.
Zara is in the Car with Amaan, Zeenat tries to call her, but Zara ignores it. Kabeer is in meeting with Miraj. Zara calls him, but he disconnects it. Zara keeps calling him. He eventually takes the call and tells that he’s in a meeting. Zara says Amaan fainted, and she’s taking him to the hospital. Kabeer says he is coming now. He says to Miraj that he has to go to the hospital. Miraj asks if he can help? Kabeer says he will tell him if need be.
Zara brings Amaan to the hospital, she says to the Doctor that he didn’t eat anything. Zeenat comes there and asks what she is doing, as she’s wasting his hardwork? Zara says he is ill. The Doctor says he has less water level and needs a drip ASAP. Zara recalls how Amaan didn’t take the chocolate and said that he has fast even before Ramzan started.
Zara says to Zeenat that you were forcing Amaan to have small fasts before Ramadan? Ruksar says he was asking for it, Zara says you can’t let him do anything, and you were keeping him hungry for days, but you really well that fasts aren’t duties untill 12 years?
Amaan says he doesn’t want injection. Zara tells him he won’t get well without it, so she asks the Doctor to give him drip. Zeenat says Zara can’t give him drip without asking her first! Zara asks what she’s saying, look at him.
Kabeer comes there and asks what happened to him? Zara says Zeenat asked him to fast. Kabeer says this is foolishness, he hasn’t even gotten to the age to fast. Zara says he needs water. Kabeer tells her to let him speak with him. The Doctor says they have less time. Kabeer asks the Nurse to bring juice. Zara nods. Zeenat says but? Kabeer asks the Doctor if they can wait for sometime?
Ayesha is trying to call Shahbaz, but he’s busy, she says to hell with work that can’t have time for his Sons! She calls Zara and asks how is Amaan? Zara says Kabeer is here, and they are doing everything. Ayesha says she’s coming to meet them in the ward.
The Doctor says to Kabeer that he’s in a critical condition, and they can’t wait any longer. Kabeer says to Zeenat that she shouldn’t have made him keep a fast, and Kids can say anything, but it’s her duty to take the right decision for them. Ruksar says Kabeer is right, she shouldn’t have made him fast. Kabeer asks if they will save his life or his innocent fast? Zeenat says he follows him, and he wanted to fast like him, so she just wanted his fast to complete, do anything, but save his fast, please. Kabeer thinks God, this Kid kept a fast for you, please save his fast and life.
The Nurse brings the juice there. All look on. Zara takes the juice and brings it to Amaan. Kabeer stops her and takes the juice from her. Kabeer says there is time for Iftar. Zara says look at his condition. Kabeer says if he can bear it, then let him be; God has given him strength, so let him complete it, besides, he (Kabeer) kept a fast at the age of 7 years too. He says he knows that he shouldn’t have kept a fast, but now that he has, they will have to wait a little while. He tells Zara to trust him.
Kabeer says to Amaan that only few minutes are left, he will complete his fast, and tells that he’s his brave Nephew. Kabeer says to Zara nit to worry, as the Doctors are here, and he (Kabeer) also trust his God. He prays for Amaan.
All are waiting for Iftar time. Zara sees Amaan feeling dizzy, she says he’s getting ill. Ruksar says he’s fine. Zara asks to call the Doctor. Ruksar says the Doctor doesn’t know the power of fast. Zara says he is shivering. Zeenat pushes her away and says he is fine! Kabeer prays for Amaan and says he is fine. Zara sees Amaan having fits, she thinks she can’t wait. She takes juice for him, but Kabeer stops her and tells her to wait for sometime, otherwise, his sacrifice will go to waste. Zara says it’s not about her, but the kid’s life, so she won’t listen to him, as there is no bigger deed than saving a life in Islam. She tells Kabeer to leave her hand. Kabeer leaves her hand, giving her the permission to. Zara makes Amaan drink the juice. Zeenat and Ruksaar looks on. Amaan starts having fits, they call the Doctor.
The Doctor comes there and takes Amaan to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Kabeer takes Amaan and rushes to the ICU. The Doctor asks everyone to remain outside. Kashan comes there. Zeenat rushes him and cries, she says Amaan fainted, this Zara has killed him! Ayesha and Shahbaz comes there too and are stunned. Zara holds Kabeer’s hand. Kashan asks what is happening? Zeenat says he was hungry for 11 hours, and he fainted. Kabeer says nothing happened to him, she has asked him to fast, so stop blaming him, and pray for him instead. Zara says she just gave him juice, Ayesha says she knows. They all pray for Amaan’s recovery. Kabeer consoles Zara.
The Doctor comes out of the Operation Theater (OT) and says he is out of danger, they all thank God. Zeenat thanks the Doctor. The Doctor tells her to thank Zara, as if she hadn’t given him that juice on time, then they would have lost their only chance. Zeenat looks on. Ayesha kisses Zara’s forehead. Kabeer smiles at her.
