The drunken guy calls out for his friends to get hold of that girl. Gangaa also asks Sudha and the other ladies to run from there. This man is very bad. Gangaa runs in one direction, while the guy’s friends follow her. Sagar pulls her to a safe corner. She tells him about what they did to Aunt Sudha. He thinks of what she had said to Dadi. You told Dadi so proudly that you will not come home and now you are begging? Come home after saying sorry to her. She tries to say that she wasn’t begging. He replies that he knows she was being arrogant and would have refused to do it. This is why these guys were after her. They might have caught you if I wasn’t here on time. Someone else would have said thank you to me for the timely help. Sagar says you are still acting arrogant. I did so much for you. Gangaa says true friends doesn’t make you feel that they are doing favours for them. You want me to always thank you for whatever little things you do. If you were my true friend, then you would have understood why I said that to Amma ji. She leaves from there.
Amma ji is doing puja (Prayer). She is unable to concentrate because of the loud music. She calls out for Madhvi, but goes out to check as she thinks that her voice might not be able to reach Madhvi due to the loud music. Barkha is teaching dance to Pulkit. It is very good for the health. Amma ji switches off the music. We pray in the evening. Barkha says I do Zumba at this time. Your bell is so cute. I will do puja (prayer) with you today. Amma ji asks her if she’s had bath today? You cannot wear these clothes and do puja (prayer). Barkha nods. Amma ji tells Pulkit to sit down to study. She leaves. Amma ji tells Madhvi to explain the rules of this house to Barkha. Madhvi looks tensed.
Pishi Ma and the other ladies are in the ashram. They are checking out all what they had collected in the day. They talk about what Gangaa did today. Gangaa thinks that they all work so hard to collect all these items. They even begged and got insulted while doing so. Aunt Sudha is so strict, yet everyone troubles her so much. She still listens to them. I understood today that no one gives work to widows. I still won’t beg though. I should do something to make Aunt Sudha smile. She goes to cook food for everyone.
Sagar is on his way home muttering about how arrogant Gangaa is. Barkha is talking to Pulkit. It seems you have been in love. She tickles him. Madhvi calls out for Barkha, but she wants to talk to her nephew. Barkha again asks Pulkit if he is in love? Madhvi signals to her to be quiet. Pulkit answers in negative. He excuses himself so he can study. Barkha laughs. He is so shy. His eyes are very intense like jijz (Niru). Amma ji is confused to hear another shortcut from her. Barkha agrees to teach her everything.
Sudha stops Gangaa from cutting the veggies. Who asked you to do it? Will you always ruin everything? Gangaa replies that she was trying to help them. Sudha says all this is not for us. Pishi Ma adds that all this was collected for the great banquet. Mahant ji is coming. Gangaa asks them if they worked so hard all day, got insulted to feed a fraud priest? They all look taken aback.
Sagar comes home. Before Amma ji could hug him, Barkha pulls him aside. She talks about his favourite food. Madhvi is impressed with her memory as she had met him last 6 years ago. Maharaj uncle will get the juice. He corrects her. No one calls Maharaj ji Maharaj uncle. He thanks her for coming over. I was feeling really sad. Amma ji gives the teacup back to Maharaj ji. I don’t like it.
Gangaa refuses to cook for anyone else, but them. I won’t cook for any fraud priest. Sudha reasons that this way, all her sins will be cleaned. Gangaa understands that she wants fees from her in return for letting her stay here. Is this why you want me to work? Sudha does not give her any proper reply. You have ruined your this birth already. It will be good for your next birth if you serve the Priest. Gangaa says Bappa told me that our sins go away by taking a dip in the holy water. He never told me that we have to pray to a human being too. This he didn’t tell me. Pishi Ma shows him the Priest photo. If widows serve him on the Death Anniversary, then it is good. Sudha insists upon taking care of the Priest and also praying for her late husband’s peace. Gangaa refuses. I didn’t even see his face. Sudha says one has to pray for any of their relative on the Death Anniversary. Gangaa stays put. I will not do it. Sudha firmly tells Gangaa to do what she is saying in case she wants to stay here. All the ladies leave. Gangaa wonders what to do?
Amma ji asks Madhvi to cook food as Niru must be coming home. She answers in positive. Amma ji thinks what could Barkha be telling Sagar? Niru asks for water as he enters inside. Barkha comes from behind and hugs him. Amma ji is taken aback. Madhvi and Sagar smile. Niru looks at Barkha in confusion. She pretends to get angry with him as he has forgotten her. Niru looks at Madhvi for a clue. Barkha says you only have one Sister-in-law. Before Niru can say anything, Amma ji sends Sagar to check on Pulkit. She calls Barkha shameless. Niru says you have grown up a lot. Barkha calls him handsome. Your eyes are very intense. Amma ji coughs. She asks Madhvi and everyone to eat food. We have to do the dedication tomorrow morning for Niru’s father and everyone else. Barkha calls her Ams. Niru smiles hearing it. Barkha says Amma ji is very strict, but she will become cool as I am here. Niru was also scared as she hugged him in the first place. I wondered who you were. Madhvi and Barkha cutely talk to him.
Next morning, Niru does dedication for his father. All the ladies in the widow ashram are also doing the same. Sudha notices that Gangaa is not here. Gangaa joins them just then. Sudha is surprised. Pishi Ma and Mamta smile seeing her. Pishi Ma tells Sudha that she was getting upset for no reason. She did it. Sudha says this is why she did so. This girl will only understand when we are strict with her. She will not understand anything if we are sweet with her. She only understands this language. Gangaa makes it clear to Aunt Sudha that she is not doing it because of her strictness. Also, don’t think that I am doing so as I am a widow. I was doing it for my Bappa.
Gangaa says you only said that one offers jal (water) for their late family members. I will do whatever you ask me to do. I will take care of the Priest too. I will look after all the preps. Pishi Ma told me that the Priest is too old. He is old,so youngsters should serve old people too. You also talk nonstop like me. Gangaa runs away. Mamta and all the ladies smile. Sudha reprimands Mamta for smiling at Gangaa’s words. She has to change. I will make her do all the work now.
Amma ji and Maharaj ji get everything ready that is to be taken to the ashram. Sagar thinks that Dadi will be more upset if Gangaa says something wrong. She will not bring Gangaa back at all. He requests his Dadi not to go to the ashram. Gangaa will trouble you. Amma ji smiles. You worry a lot for your Dadi. I will keep
her at a distance. Madhvi wonders if Sagar really thinks like this of Gangaa? How can he change so much? Amma ji goes to change her clothes. Sagar is worried thinking about Dadi and Gangaa coming face to face.
Pulkit has told his love story to Barkha. She agrees to help him in some way. I can do anything for love. She notices Sagar returning to the room all sad. Do you also have a girlfriend because of whom you are sad? Sagar denies it. There is no one. I had thought that I have one best girlfriend, but I don’t have anymore. I don’t like being friends with girls. Barkha says girls become very good friends. Girls are better friends than guys. Pulkit agrees. Gangaa too had said the same thing. Barkha gets curious hearing Gangaa’s name. Pulkit tells her about Gangaa and her bonding with Sagar. Nowadays Sagar keeps fighting with her. Sagar says I don’t fight with her. Barkha wants to know everything about Gangaa. Show me around Banaras and I will treat you with ice cream. Barkha leaves with the kids.
Sudha is checking the food arrangements. Gangaa thinks of Sagar as she looks at the jalebis. He loves them. Sudha asks Gangaa if she did everything nicely? Amma ji is coming as well. Say sorry to her. This is a good chance or otherwise, you will have to live with us for life. You will have to abide by my rules then. Gangaa refuses to say sorry to Amma ji. Sudha gives up on her. Clean outside the ashram.
Sagar has told Barkha everything. I went to help her, but she fought with me. He notices both Pulkit and Barkha pretending to yawn. He gets irked. Barkha points out that you’ve only spoken about Gangaa and your fights for at least 10 times. You both care for each other no matter what. Pulkit notices the ice cream stall. Barkha goes to buy ice creams for everyone. Niru was passing by from there. He notices Sagar and Pulkit there. Barkha signals to Pulkit to keep quiet. She surprises Niru. She can see that he is nervous. She gives him ice cream. Niru tells the driver to drop all of them at home. Take Amma ji to the ashram then and bring them back safely. Barkha asks about Gangaa? Sagar seeks his permission to go to the ashram with Dadi. Niru agrees. The kids enjoy the ice cream. Sagar wonders why he is doing so much for Gangaa when she does not understand him at all?
Gangaa talks to the Priest photo when no one is looking in that direction. I did so much hard work for you in cooking all this. If you don’t eat it, then it won’t be good. Sudha makes her get down. The Priest is here. Mamta gives some flower petals to Gangaa to shower on the Priest. Amma ji too gets there. She looks pointedly at Gangaa. The Priests enters just then. Gangaa looks at him and laughs. How can he be the Priest? He is not the one in the photo. He looks only as much old as Pulkit. Everyone looks at her surprised / tensed. Amma ji apologizes on her behalf. We thought Mahant Sadanand ji, was coming. She could not recognize you.
Bal Mahant Gaurav Anand, shares that Mahant Sadanand ji, has given him his position. Gangaa is surprised to know that this boy is really a Priest. Bal Mahant ji’s sahyogi says the fault was from our side. Gaurav Anand ji, is Bal Mahant. We consider him to be the avtar of Sahidanand ji. Sudha welcomes him inside. Amma ji takes Gangaa aside as Bal Mahant ji takes a seat. Amma ji scolds Gangaa for laughing. Sudha says I had given her the responsibility to take care of the Priest. Amma ji wants someone else to do it. This girl might create another problem. Gangaa wonders why to call such a young boy Priest. What’s my fault if I laughed a little?
Prabha has come to meet Barkha. She has also brought a gift for Barkha. She should have come to our house also. She is tempted to see the food that Madhvi has cooked for Barkha. Prabha thinks that she was never surprised this way. Maharaj ji returns just then.
Bal Mahant’s photo is kept on the table next to him. Gangaa peeps at him from the window. He looks at her. Pishi Ma pours milk on Bal Mahant’s feet. Gangaa feels bad as he is younger than Sudha and Pishi Ma. They are cleaning his feet and wasting all this milk. Bal Mahant looks at her. Why is he staring at me? He must be doing so as I laughed at him. Bal Mahant and his sahyogi ask Amma ji to welcome him with proper rituals by cleaning his feet. Gangaa thinks that he is doing wrong by talking to Amma ji this way. If I could, I would have taught him a good lesson.
Amma ji cleans his feet next. Gangaa thinks that his Dadi too would be of same age. Who makes his Dadi clean feet? Bal Mahant blesses Amma ji. She wants to start the feast, but he asks them if each lady has taken his blessings? They all nod. Bal Mahant thinks otherwise. Sagar comes there just then. What’s happening here? Bal Mahant points his finger at Gangaa. She has not cleaned my feet till now. Sagar realises that this young lad is the Priest. Gangaa will refuse to touch his feet. She is very stubborn. Amma ji goes to bring Gangaa.
Prabha is waiting for everyone. Barkha and Prabha make faces as they hug each other. Prabha looks at her from head to toe. Prabha says I came to take you with me. Barkha reminds her that she only keeps giving excuses. Prabha does not mind it that she did not come to her
house. How will you leave this big house which is full of luxuries? Barkha replies that she can come if she calls her with love. Prabha gives her a saree, but she is without the intention of letting it get out of her hands. Barkha thinks of making a suit for herself out of the saree. Niru enters. He tells Madhvi about Sagar. Madhvi has cooked Barkha’s favourite food. Niru says we all ate outside. Barkha shares that they met jijz outside. We all ate outside. I will eat it tomorrow. Madhvi feels bad. Prabha enjoys it. This is so sad. You cooked all of it with so much love. Barkha doesn’t even care. I will stand by your side always. Madhvi leaves without eating anything. She asks Maharaj ji to take all the food inside. Prabha begins to eat the food that Barkha brought for Madhvi. Madhvi stops her just then. Amma ji will be angry if she gets to know that you are eating an outside food. It will be a problem. I will get the food packed for you.
Prabha intentionally drops a piece of ths food on the floor to create a problem in the house.
