Zoya arrives with Gangaa in the court, and gets upset when Rudra is brought in. Then Raahat asks about Sagar, as everyone else has arrived. Gangaa wonders maybe Sagar did get sense, after she has already told him, but she is disappointed when Sagar presents himself for the case. The Judge sits and the proceedings start. Gangaa presents herself for prosecution, and demands his permission and she’s granted that. Sagar presents another lawyer, Mr. R. P. Joshi, after remembering how she wanted him to back off, and thinks that he is used to being betrayed by continuously trusting her. Raahat is relieved that Zoya isn’t fighting against her own brother. She eyes him tensedly.
The Judge explains how due to emergency circumstances, he had to shift this case to someone else. They are shocked when they find that its Mr. Niranjan, Sagar’s father. Rudra and Sagar stands tensed. Raahat is shocked too, lamenting at the irony of destiny. She wonders what relations she would have with Sagar? They both start their arguements. Niru asks them both to be strictly professional, and not get personal. He leaves for inside.
Niru eyes Zoya the girl. Sagar and Gangaa wait. The interrogation begins, and Nikhil starts producing his whereabouts. Then she sends them off. Niru then finally warns them that there would be a contempt next time they fight amongst themselves. Gangaa too produces it when the envelope must have been called. Niru is taken aback, and so is Raahat. The lawyer produces medical reports, that show that Zoya hasn’t even been raped, and the male samples retrived are not of Rudra, on the claimed murder weapon. She rubbishes it all.
Zoya speaks up saying that it’s totally false! Rudra stands tensedly, while Gangaa is shocked! She is unable to believe the report. They cry out for Niru’s report.
Gangaa vehemently protests that soemtimes, the reports shouldn’t be fully believed in. She begs Niranjan for Zoya’s justice, but Niranjan after hearing and seeing the facts, he discards the case, saying that he empathises for women and stands for them, when they are wronged, but he wouldn’t allow them to take advantage of the law. He aqcuits Rudra of all charges, and gives a fine of 25000 on Zoya, for misleading the Court👨⚖️ and defamation suit against Rudra. He leaves after adjourning the Court.
Sagar and Rudra are relieved, but he is tensed for Gangaa, who is shocked, and Raahat is devastated. He comes to her, but Gangaa shuns him away. He leaves with Pulkit and Rudra. Gangaa takes Raahat and Zoya outside, as the people start talking badly about Zoya.
Outside, Gangaa asks them to
wait while she arranges an auto, but she meets Sagar instead on the road, and their verbal duel follows, as she is talking to him, suggesting that he bought evidence, while he asks how is this possible? He tries to clarify, but Gangaa doesn’t listen. They both keep pointing out that the other person is wrong. Finally, he storms off. Gangaa catches an auto and takes Zoya and Raahat home.

Ganga is distraught remembering what happened. Raahat is deavstated too. They hear some noises, and finds Zoya trying to take her life, by committing suicide. They barely manage to save her, and then Raahat had to slap her to get her back in senses. They together explain and motivate her not to give up like this, while Zoya is apalled. Gangaa is distraught to see her in this state, while Raahat is enraged.
Amma ji roams around nervously, while Madhvi notices this. She is about to question her, but supriya stops her, asking her about the market instead. Madhvi complies, and gets ready to go with her. Amma ji is tensed hoping that Niru and Raahat doesnt talk much, and that their past doesn’t come up.
As supriya is about to go out, Ragini asks about her brother? Sagar comes in with Rudra, and Ragini is excited. The brother-sister duo overwhelmingly hug each other. Amma ji is relieved to know from Sagar that Rudra was acquitted. She takes Niru aside. Madhvi observes this, and tries to go, but Supriya reminds her, and she leaves for the market with her.
Inside, the room, Amma ji tries to take it out from him, if anything had happened, and on her insistence, he gets frustrated, and says that he won’t be influenced by Raahat’s presence anymore! He says that he taught Zoya and Raahat a good lesson. They hear Raahat’s screaming outside just then, and rush out and are shocked to see Raahat standing there. He asks what’s she here for? Raahat shuts Amma ji up, when she tries to speak. Then Raahat gives Niranjan a box of sweets, and taunts Niru, in his house, that today is a special day, as a father purnished his daughter, and a brother was ashamed to have found out the truth first. They’re all shocked to hear this.
Rahaat reveals to Niranjan that Zoya is his daughter and because of him, she tried to commit suicide today! Niranjan refuses to believe it. Raahat says she had come to Amma when she was pregnant, but she didn’t let her meet him. Amma says she never came and she’s lying now.
Gangaa says she thought Amma is religious and wouldn’t take wrong swear on her God. Sagar gets angry and asks Gangaa to leave from here! He says she’s so changed and it’s all because of Raahat whom she knows of just recent! She says she hasn’t changed, it’s his family who has changed! It’s a shame that a judge like Niranjan failed to see what’s right and what’s wrong. No girl would complain about getting raped and spoiling her life unless it really happened. She says she has full faith in Raahat and Zoya, and will fight in high court to challenge Judge, Niranjan’s decision.
On the other hand, Zoya comes to meet Rudra. Rudra asks why she accused him for something that he never did? Zoya says because she loves him and she had given him choice to run away. Rudra says he loved her because he didn’t know Akhtar was her husband. She tells him if he marries her, then she will take all the charges back. He says the Court has already proved him innocent, but she says who is going to believe him? Everyone will think he made false reports by giving out money. He says he has never seen such a disgusted woman! She says she’s doing all this because she loves him. If he doesn’t marry her, then she will commit suicide! She takes out a knife. Rudra says people like her can only kill others, not themselves and sad thing is that, Gangaa believed her and risks her career behind her case.
