Scene changed – Suryabhan came to meet Jodha, and she came there, but talk to him from the other side of the wall having holes, and she has covered her face with her dupatta (scarf). Suryabhan says that by meeting like this, they have broken the Rajput ritual of not meeting before marriage. Jodha tells him she’s aware of this, but now, she wants to know if he’s happy with this relations or not?
Suryabhan ask the same question to her and she says no, and Suryabhan was shocked. Jodha clarifies that the girl he saw was her sister and it was her necklace he returned and she (Sukanya) likes him and on that, Suryabhan says that he likes her, and their relations is not a political alliance and now, if he moves back, it will be against his heart, and if he doesn’t marry her, then he’ll not marry anyone else, and Jodha was shocked. Suryabhan says that today, when she does the prayer and floats the oil lamps in the river, she’ll see his reflection in the water and Jodha leaves.
Scene changed – In the market, announcement happens that the royal ladies are arriving, firstly, Mainawati’s palanquine passes, then Sukanya and lastly Jodha’s. Jalal was also there, as he heard her name, he moves towards her palanquine, as he saw a little of her through the curtains, and his eyes stuck there, he was all lost in Jodha.
The palaquines soon reaches near the river, the queen and princesses came down, and Jalal was near them and Suryabhan was also there. Suryabhan moves towards Jodha and a soldier stop him but other ask for sorry as he recognizes him and allowed him, and Jalal takes advantage of this and enters following Suryabhan saying that he’s with him.
The prayer starts, and Mainawati floats the oil lamps and prays. Jalal and Suryabhan both were standing there and Maina ask Sukanya to do the prayer but she was irritated, she asks why she should do it when Jodha is the one getting married, isn’t she? Maina forces her and she floats the oil lamps but not in a proper manner, and when she was ask to pray, she prays that she doesn’t want to be a younger sister in the next birth.
Maina ask Jodha to do the prayer and says although, she knows all the rituals but still, she wants to remind her and tells that it was said that when someone floats oil lamps in water, they will get to see the reflection of their future. Jodha smiles and floats the oil lamps. Both Suryabhan and Jalal had their eyes on her, and suddenly, Suryabhan bent down to pick something up, and Jodha prays and ask the goddess of ganghor about her future, and suddenly, the weather changes, and wind starts blowing, their was darkness all around, and Jodha was trying to see the reflection in the water, and she saw an unclear image of Jalal, and as she was trying to recognize him, it turns back to see him but the shower gets heavier and Maina asks to move from there. Maina says it’s a bad luck but Jodha says that the goddess replied them in this way, and as they leave, jmJodha left her anklet there.
Jalal was still there, he picks it up, after the rain stops, and he fires (light) some woods and was thinking only about Jodha, as his mind was occupied by her; he thought of taking her on his horse, and there was Jodha and Jodha all around him.
It begins with Jodha’s mother asking Jodha ismf she has seen her life partner? She says that she will see him soon.
Jodha asks Sukanya whether she will come to her marriage, but Suganya says she will not come to Jodha’s marriage!
Jodha thinks about her brother and everyone wish Suryabhan for her marriage.
Akbar comes to Jodha’s marriage and everyone welcome Suryabhan.
Jodha becomes happy because Suganya has come to Jodha’s marriage.
Jodha’s mother tells Jodha that her future was standing behind, but Jodha says the future is always ahead and not behind.
Jodha realized that the man standing behind her isn’t Suryabhan. Akbar smiles on seeing Jodha without her knowledge.
Suryabhan announces to everyone that he has something to gift for Jodha. Suryabhan gives punishment to the accused.
Everyone gathers in the Amer’s palace, a man ready to cut Abdul’s throat, and Jalal (in disguise) ready to attack with his knife out.
But suddenly, Jodha’s voice is heard “Stop!”
Everyone stared at her upstairs. Jalal hid his knife back’.
Jodha came running down from upstairs and Minavati followed her and everyone is startled .
Jodha said they shouldn’t kill a disabled man as it’s against the honor of the Rajput’s.
Suryabhan gave her full support and it was decided that Abdul would be put to Jail!
Jodha said that their true enemy is just Jalaluddin Mohammad.
Suryabhan made an announcement that he would bring the head of Jalal as a gift to his wife Jodha!
Jalal said in his mind that Suryabhan would be punished for this by losing his own life! He looked happy.
Scene shifted – Jodha sits beside a fountain thinking about whose face she has seen inside the reflection at the day of Gangaur.
Sukanya comes and said sorry very sweetly about her behavior in the last few days. She added that she knew that Jodha and her mother will find a groom for her, even better than Suryabhan. She hugged Jodha and started teasing her about her being queen of Bhanpur in a few days. Jodha tells Sukanya that the reflection of the man he saw in the water was not Raja Suryabhan. Sukanya tried to lighten her mood .
Scene shifted – Jalal sits in a sweetshop. The owner of the place seemed to be a pretty brainless guy during their conversation. Jalal quite efficiently found out where the Amer Jail is.
Scene shifted – Jodha’s brother and Suryabhan were having some light moments. Some dance performances by court girls are going on but Suryabhan’s thoughts are completely occupied by Jodha’s thoughts, and seeing that, Jodha’s brothers teased him.
Suryabhan daydreamed that Jodha has come to him. He was about to kiss her when he realized that it was one of the girls performing dance and he dismissed her. Suryabhan says he’s been only seeing Jodha’s face everywhere and thinking about her all the time .
Scene shifted – Jodha and Suryabhan actually met while going somewhere and Jodha blushed. Suryabhan is very happy. They entered the royal court together as Raja Bharmal had called them both together. Jodha corrected some mistakes in the portrait of Bharmal that was being drawn then. Bharmal said he wants Suryabhan and Jodha to visit the Jail of Amer and give sweets, clothes and other things to the prisoners so that the would be couple could get the blessings of everyone .
Bhagwan das wanted to accompany them as it would have been really late for them to return home alone. But Suryabhan said that from then on, Jodha is his responsibility.
Scene shifted – Bairam Khan badly scolded and then burned the eyes of one of Jalal’s faithful men (it’s the man who killed the snake for Jalal the other day) .
Mamham Anga entered and saw everything, and she tried to warn Bairam Khan of it’s outcome. A war of words between them followed where each claimed that they have more power over influencing Jalal!
Maham Anga was there to visit Jalal.
Scene shifted – Deep of night, Jalal reached Amer’s jail and he killed one of the guards there and took his clothes in which, Jalal dressed as a guard with sword in his hand.
There’s Baaribharkam’s entry, and Jalal is shown, disguised as a Rajputi soldier. He enters the royalties jail along with a small unit of soldiers.
Meanwhile, Jodha and Suryabhan were on their way, and along with them, was Shivani, a few soldiers and few maids.
As soon as they enter the royalties jail, Jalal comes forward to help the other soldiers with Jodha’s palanquin and as the palanquin is finally stationed inside the jail, Jodha comes out of her palanquin and Jalal sees Jodha again.
