Ashok tells Poonam that when Shlok was a Child, he had a tough time accepting his father’s death and moving on. Poonam agrees, saying that’s why they must hide the truth from Shlok.
Shlok enters the room and asks what secret they’re talking about. Poonam quickly hides her white saree.
Sumeet tries to comfort Akki and offers him a laddoo. He cries and asks when he can meet his mother. Sumeet warns Shagun not to come between a son and his mother. Shagun instructs Sumeet to reveal the traitor’s name. Sumeet accepts defeat and asks Shagun to spare Akki, offering to face any punishment.
Shagun orders her men to defuse Akki’s bomb. Then she gives Sumeet ghungroo (anklet bells) to tie on her feet. Ashok and Poonam tell Shlok that Sumeet was in disguise, but since she lost the task, Shagun will be punishing her. They ask him to support Sumeet.
Shagun gives Sumeet a red saree and tells her to put it on. Shlok arrives and tries to stop Shagun, but he’s unsuccessful. Masoom tells Vani she thinks Abhay is being influenced by Shagun, causing his strange behavior. However, Vani disagrees. Abhay plans to harm Vani to cause a miscarriage and get rid of the baby.
Poonam prays for Sumeet’s safety. Shagun takes Sumeet and Shlok to a brothel. She leaves Sumeet to go inside while Shlok waits in the Car.
Sumeet was very uncomfortable in the area near the brothel. Shlok was shocked by the surroundings and told the goons to leave him alone. Meanwhile, Poonam prayed, feeling worried about Sumeet’s safety. She wished for her well-being and hoped that nothing wrong would happen.
Shagun teased Shlok and asked him if he liked the place. Some guys on the street started to harass Sumeet. Shagun said to Shlok that he was going to witness his wife being humiliated. Sumeet tried to protect herself from the guys, but they kept trying to harass her. Shagun told Shlok that he could try to save Sumeet if he wanted and then she left, getting out of the car and leaving Shlok tied up inside.
Sumeet cried out for help, but the women around denied helping her, claiming they were customers. She explained that she came from a good family and didn’t do that kind of work. Shagun enjoyed seeing Sumeet facing such difficulties. While trying to save a girl from a motorcycle, Sumeet fell into a puddle. The girl promised to help her and called her friends. However, the guys pushed the girls aside, and Sumeet retaliated by throwing mud at them. All the women in the area started to beat the guys upon seeing Sumeet’s brave actions. Shlok managed to untie himself and came out of the car.
Sumeet fought fiercely against the men, even making them wear bangles and draping sarees around them. She called them cowards and emphasized that women who wear bangles can also stand up to them. Shagun became angry as she saw Sumeet handling the situation courageously. Sumeet encouraged the ladies to educate their daughters so that they wouldn’t have to face such situations in the future. Everyone clapped for Sumeet and thanked her for inspiring their children. Shlok apologized to Sumeet for not being able to protect her but promised to always stand by her side. He lent her his jacket as she was wet and took her back home.
Vani wondered about the reason behind Abhay’s strange behavior. Abhay hoped that Vani would trip on her torn lehenga, leading to a miscarriage that would get rid of the baby causing issues in their relationship. As planned, Vani fell and cried in pain. Masoom told Abhay to call a doctor, and he was pleased, thinking that the baby was finally gone. Shlok brought Sumeet home, and Pankhuri began taunting her, asking if Shagun had pushed her into the puddle. Shlok explained how Shagun had tried to defame Sumeet’s character.
Shlok talked about Shagun sending Sumeet to the brothel. However, Pankhuri, instead of showing sympathy, commented that the family’s reputation would be ruined because of Sumeet. She spoke ill of her. Poonam became angry and slapped Pankhuri, recalling Sumeet’s earlier words. She expressed how Sumeet had struggled to prove herself since she married Shlok.
Poonam cried and regretted not being a good mother-in-law to Sumeet. She wholeheartedly accepted Sumeet and asked for her forgiveness. Sumeet felt overwhelmed and told her that she had found a mother in her. They hugged, and Shlok smiled, seeing them reconcile. Later, Sumeet and Shlok got ready and joined the Teej puja. Anju mentioned not being able to talk to Akki, and Sumeet was conflicted about how to reveal that Shagun had kidnapped him.
Masum, Vani, Abhay and Doctor in Vani’s room. The doctor says that both Vani and the baby are safe after the fall. Abhay is frustrated because his plan didn’t work. Masoom says it wasn’t an accident – someone deliberately made Vani fall, and she shows Vani the torn lehenga she was wearing. She’s determined to make the person responsible for this suffering.
Pankhuri is angry because she got slapped due to Sumeet. She’s tired of their poor life and looks at Raj’s photo on her phone. She believes only Raj can help her escape this life, so she calls Vani on video to show her Raj.
During the video call, Pankhuri sees Raj talking to a girl and wonders if she’s his girlfriend. As she looks closely, she realizes it’s her friend Kavita. Raj asks Kavita to provide emotional counselling to Vani so that she doesn’t suffer from trauma.
Kavita receives a text from someone claiming to be Raj’s girlfriend, telling her to stay away from him. She shows it to Raj, thinking it’s Priyanka’s number, and he becomes angry. Raj visits Shlok’s house with gifts and asserts that this time he won’t listen to their objections. He asks them to accept his gifts.
Poonam happily accepts the gifts and apologizes for past incidents. She declares that from now on, Sumeet is like her daughter and praises Raj’s upbringing. Raj confronts Priyanka, who is unaware of what he’s talking about. Later, Sumeet and Shlok sit on a swing while their dad explains the Teej ritual. Poonam thinks about being a widow while pretending to be married. The dad suggests making idols of Gods using clay, and all the ladies join in. Poonam asks for forgiveness for hiding the truth from her family.
The ladies start the worship ritual. The dad tells them to observe the reflection of the moon in the water. Shlok and Sumeet recall memories related to the moon. Shlok takes out sindoor to apply on Sumeet’s forehead, but Raunak intervenes. He tries to touch Sumeet, and she pushes him away. Shagun arrives, and Raunak tells her that he married Sumeet and should apply the sindoor. Raj questions Shagun about Raunak’s presence angrily. Shagun reveals that Raunak is the next task and they need to keep him at their house for a week.
Poonam mentions that Raunak needs medical treatment due to his unstable mental condition. Sumeet refuses to play the task, but Shagun threatens her by mentioning Akki’s situation. She reminds them that they can’t decline according to the contract, or else Shlok will lose his voice permanently.
Raunak attacks Priyanka, and Raj comes to her rescue, but she says she doesn’t need his help. Shagun instructs them to take care of Raunak lovingly, hands over his routine and prescription, and tells them they need to make him better as part of the task. Sumeet meets Shagun and reminds her that she’s also a mother, requesting her to let Akki talk to Anju and Rajiv. Sumeet determined to complete the task.
Shlok’s family is worried about how to manage Raunak’s presence for a whole week. Sumeet asks where Raunak is. Raunak enters the room with sindoor and tries to forcefully put it on Sumeet’s forehead, but Shlok intervenes and pushes him away. Shlok is on the verge of hitting him, but Ashok calms him down, reminding him that Raunak isn’t mentally stable and should be treated with care.
To stop Raunak’s actions, Rajiv switches off the lights. Ashok advises Shlok to take Sumeet away and let them handle Raunak. Inside the room, Shlok expresses his anger about Raunak’s behavior, warning Sumeet to stay away from him.
Sumeet lights a candle and smiles when she sees Shlok. She thanks him for his love and hugs him. Shlok and Sumeet share some intimate and romantic moments, dancing together while the song “Bas Tera” plays in the background.
