Preeta is sitting on the bed when Kavya brings fruits for her, Preeta explains she already has a lot to eat however Kavya informs that Mr Handsome instructed her to take care of her mother, Karan also brings more fruits for her, Preeta mentions she has already had a lot of them, Karan starts to act as if he is talking to the unborn twins, who are complaining about Preeta for not eating the fruits, she while smiling says they would surely not complain about her eating, Kavya and Karan both force her to eat them explaining that the children need them. Preeta smiling prays to Bhagwan (god) that her family should always remain happy.
Nine months have passed while the Luthra’s are still enjoying the morning. Dadi questions what took them so long, Mahesh says she should ask her grandson Karan because he doesn’t like either the couch or bed, Shristhi coming explains this is why he is her favorite Brother-in-law, and she prays that no girl should ever get a husband like her, they all explain she might have mistaken in excitement but Kritika says that Preeta said the truth because if everyone is the best then how can she call him as the world best, Karan realizing it explains this is why Shristhi is his favourite.
Kavya coming questions and who is she the favourite of, Rishab hugs her from behind mentioning that she is his favourite, Dadi asks Kavya to come to her as she is her favourite.
Preeta coming from behind ask who is she the favourite of? She suddenly starts getting pain and screams from it, the entire family is shocked and they rush her to the hospital, Kritika explains to Kavya they are also going to visit her Mother in the hospital.
The Luthras take Preeta to the hospital when she is really tensed however they all inform her that everything is going to be fine, Rakhi also explains that she is always going to pray for her and the child, Karan express his feelings to her which the entire family hear, Preeta is taken inside when Shristhi starts coughing and Karan notices they all are staring at her, he says he was just expressing his feeling to his wife so is it a crime.
Rishab coming mentions he should do it but needs to go and pray to Bhagwan that both Preeta and the child are safe, Karan asks if Rishab thinks he is such a person, but after thinking for a moment Karan leaves, they all discuss that Karan would have surely gone to the Temple, Mahesh explains to Rakhi that she is going to become the Grandmother for a second time.
Karan is running in the hospital when he bumps into Nidhi, she is shocked seeing him so asks if everything is fine, Karan replies he is pregnant hearing which Nidhi gets shocked however Karan explains Preeta is pregnant and he wasn’t with them the first time so he’s really nervous, he asks what is Nidhi doing here when she tries to assure everything is fine.
Karan noticing that Nidhi is standing in front of the ICU, goes to check through the window when he sees Anjali on the bed. Karan asks Nidhi if she was hiding Anjali from him, he goes to stand beside her and asks what happened, Nidhi informs Anjali got into an accident and she’s in coma, Karan is shocked to hear it. Nidhi says she doesn’t want Karan to worry for them as Preeta needs him the most but he can come back after things are settled, Karan apologizes for not calling them in all these months, Nidhi replies that she would have lied even if he asked her, she instructs him to leave when Karan says she should call him if she needs any of his help.
Karan holds the hand of Anjali before going to walk out of the room. Anjali starts waking up but Karan leaves.
Kareena explains she is really nervous so is going to the Mandir, Mahesh says Kareena should stop as if Karan sees her then he would run away, Rishab asks Rakhi what did she eat at the time of Karan since he has not left his childish behaviour, Rakhi asks is this the time to joke, Mahesh questions and what about Rishab since he did not inform Bi jee.
Rishab apologizes to everyone mentioning he was about to call her but forgot about it, however he assures he is going to call her right now.
Shristhi mentions this is why she really likes Rishab since he always takes the blame for anything wrong which they all do in this house, so she asks Rishab to call if he has decided it, when Rishab explains this is why she is his favourite.
Rishab calls Bi jee informing they have brought Preeta to the hospital, Rakhi takes the phone from him and then even Bani Dadi takes the phone, she asks Bi jee to quickly as she is once again about to be the Great Grandmother, Bi jee assures she is coming, she after ending the call asks the auto driver to quickly take her to the city hospital threatening to not pay him if he drives slowly, he assures he would drive very fast.
Karan enters the Temple and mentions he would pray in a very different manner today so Bhagwan jee should forgive him and accept the prayers, he explains Bhagwan jee has been very generous to him otherwise who gets to live his life twice, he just prays that Preeta shouldn’t suffer any pain and Bhagwan jee can give him all of her pains but she must remain healthy and calm, he notices a Woman is standing at the entrance so is about to leave, he even prays that all the desires of the women should be accepted before leaving with the Sweet offering, Karan leaves after saying his goodbye.
Nidhi sitting beside Anjali prays that her younger sister should return as if she had known about her feelings then would have explained how Anjali should not love Arjun since he only cares for her as his friend, Nidhi replies she wants Anjali to wake up and see how well they are doing their business even when she knows Anjali would say how is it possible however she is surely going to inform that they are doing everything really well. Nidhi explains she has a very big news that they are returning to Canada where they started as the last time, they were going then she was happy as she felt she had gotten back her husband but it is not the same as she had to return everything with interest which has happened as she first lost Arjun and now even her sister Anjali.
Karan is waling in the hall when he meets Sameer who explains that everything is fine and Preeta Sister-in-law has been shifted to the room while he is going to bring Bi jee.
Karan noticing the ICU, walks into it while Nidhi is crying, he says they both are best friends and she did not even think of informing him about the health condition of Anjali, he explains he knows her very well so makes her promise to call him if there is even something like this, Nidhi asks him to go because Preeta needs him, Karan asks Anjali to wake up as they all need her, he walks out of the room once again asking Nidhi to take care of herself, she sees Karan off before closing the door.
The entire Luthra family starts dancing when Bi jee coming also congratulates them, they take her blessings and then start distributing the sweets to everyone present in the hospital.
Preeta is sitting on the bed when the nurse brings the twins to her, Preeta smiles seeing both of her sons and picks them in her arms, Karan is also smiling after entering the room.
Anjali slowly starts to wake up and her fingers starts moving a bit.
Preeta is experiencing extreme pain, the entire Luthra family is steading outside the room trying to hear, they start rejoicing after finally hearing the sound of cries, they all start explaining how they all have formed new relations.
Kavya also asks what has she become when they informs she is now a sister, the Doctor comes out and Karan immediately hugs her. She says she is going to break the news, she explains Preeta has given birth to twins hearing which they all get excited however she mentions but they both are very different from each other, Karan asks if they should meet Preeta and the children however the Doctor refuses, explaining they have to wait for sometime and can distribute the sweets till that time.
Karan enters the room while Preeta is holding both the babies, she smiles seeing Karan who is not able to control himself and so takes one of the babies from the Nurse, he starts smiling while holding the baby and even kisses the other one, Preeta helps him correct the dress, Karan explains he missed it the last time with Kavya, as her small hands and to sleep with her was snatched by destiny but this time it will be different, he asks Preeta to see how they both are smiling.
Karan explains that life has given him this chance once again, he kisses Preeta on the forehead and says he does not know how to handle them.
Kavya entering he room explains even she wants to see them, Preeta calls Kavya to the bed side when Karan also shows Kavya’s demands to hold them, Preeta refuses saying since she is really small then she might hurt them, however Karan makes her hold it even when Preeta is worried.
The Doctor enters the room explaining that both the children are fine but she explains she has to keep them in the care unit for some time, Karan is not able to understand so asks if there is anything wrong however Preeta informs Karan that this also happened during Kavya’s birth time, Karan asks if he can make the family meet with them but the doctor refuses saying they have to wait for three more hours.
Bi jee while waiting for the family asks how can they wait and she says she is going inside but Rakhi stops her explaining that they have been asked to stay outside for three hours, Sameer says that these three hours are feeling like thirty years, Shristhi agrees saying that time doesn’t pass when they have to meet someone special, Rishab asks who knows it better then him, Mahesh questions who is that special person for him, Rishab replies that he means his entire family including the new family members, they all are smiling when Rishab notices the door opening so asks them to wait, the entire Luthra family is surrounding the children.
Preeta requests them all to see the children as they would be shifted to the care unit for some hours, they start performing the ritual when the Nurse comes asking them to shift the children to the care unit, Rishab requests for a moment.
The Doctor explains that now everyone is fine and they can go back home however Shristhi refuses saying they will only go back with Preeta and their new family members.
Karan and Preeta are walking when the nurse explains she is going to bring the keys for the care unit, Preeta and Karan start talking when she says he should stop calling her with such names anymore and explains even he would no longer be the most handsome person since when her Sons grow up then they would even more handsome than him, Karan replies this means she wants to prepare an army against him, she agrees so he says if this is the case then he also wants another three children for himself.
Preeta starts smiling when Nidhi comes to greet them, she is shocked seeing the Twins and congratulates them both, they start talking when Preeta asks what she is doing here, Nidhi leaves replying she just came for a routine checkup.
Anjali wakes up in the room, she after removing all the syringes sits straight.
Preeta and Karan both enter the care unit when the Nurse asks them to place their children here, Karan informs he will leave them both here since even their mother needs some rest, the twins start crying so Preeta says this means they do not want to live without her even for a moment.
Preeta starts caring for them once again, Karan and Preeta both say good bye before walking out of the unit as the Nurse comes to close the door. Karan and Preeta are seeing them though the window, he says she should wait to see how much he spoils her, and they will love him the most but Preeta replies he should wait to see that both the twins would love her. Preeta and Karan leave the twins in the unit.
Dadi and Kareena both exclaim that they never felt like letting them go inside, however Bi jee disagrees with Bani Dadi explaining that they are just like Preeta, Sameer however says that they are just like Kavya.
Rishab wonders where is Kavya so they all immediately get worried when Kavya comes to stand in front of them, they all ask what does she holding, Kavya explains she brought gifts for both her brothers. She goes to hugs Rishab and Rakhi asks if she did everything by herself, Kavya explains that Rishab dad helped her, Rakhi says it is really bad as Rishab informed Kavya but not them.
Shristhi mentions she has brought a gift for her sister and even Kritika says she also brought gift for her Sister-in-law.Dadi assures Rakhi there is nothing to be worried about as they would give Preeta a big surprise on the naming ceremony.
Kavya asks at least someone should talk to her, Rishab says he is always on her side and she would at least let him talk with her, Kavya explains she will only kiss him as he loves her the most, the entire Luthra family expresses their love for Kavya.
Dadi informs Shristhi and Sameer that family is completed with children so they both should focus on the family planning, Shristhi runs away after getting shy, Sameer also follows her.
Preeta and Karan are walking, he says that women tend to get really tired after this but she is walking by his side, Preeta explains she is fine and doesn’t need his help, Karan however says she is still very weak when Preeta explains she wants to really shower her love on the children, Karan gets irritated explaining that he is feeling his love is going to end, he demands she should never reduce her love for him.
Preeta is shocked to see Nidhi who explains that the person cannot cheat her like this now that Arjun is not working with them, Preeta requests Karan to go and help Nidhi since she seem really tensed but Karan replies that she should only go with someone’s help, so he asks a Nurse however Preeta notices that a woman is dizzy so she asks the Nurse to help her saying she can walk to the room by herself, Preeta feels as if she is being followed but she isn’t able to see anyone.
Shristhi goes to the corner when Sameer comes to her however she asks him to not even utter a single word regarding what the family was saying about family planning, he asks what is the problem with it, Shristhi replies she already has two children, Sameer getting excited questions where was he at that time and how did she not inform him, Shristhi says they are just her children.
Sameer starts getting irritated saying this means she cheated on him, she says that Preeta gave birth to twins and they will call her Aunt when they get older, Sameer still says they both should have their own children but Shristhi leaves saying that people are watching however Sameer follows her saying they are husband and wife.
Nidhi is arguing with the person explaining the project was to be completed by February but it is mid march.
Karan walking to her from the back takes the phone explaining the project was to be completed by February which means that the deal is cancelled, he ends the call explaining that the project would be completed within five days and he will even pay penalty. Nidhi mentions even the Khuranas are causing a lot of trouble and another project is pending.
Karan assures he will take care of everything, Nidhi is shocked when Karan mention these are the orders from his wife, Nidhi explains she will return to London very soon and will often come back, Karan says that it is her base of operations just like he cannot leave India.
Preeta is walking when she once again feels as if someone is following her so gets really tensed.
Nidhi is really glad after finding out she got the tickets for London, she walks into the room however is shocked to not find Anjali there, she wonders where Anjali can go as she is in a coma and cannot leave, Nidhi wonders if the hospital staff has shifted her to another room, but she thinks how they can do it. Nidhi walks out of the room when she sees a doctor so asks where Anjali is, the doctor replies she is still inside the room however Nidhi explains it might be possible they have shifted her to another room without his knowledge, but the doctor insists she is still in the room.
Nidhi entering he room asks the Doctor where is she, he also gets worried wondering where can she go all of sudden, Nidhi explains Anjali was under his treatment and is even in a coma, he asks Nidhi to come with him as they are going to watch the CCTV footage.
Anjali is standing outside the care unit staring at the twins of Karan and Preeta, she remembers when she saw a Nurse saying she would take them all to the unit, Anjali recalls she then went to the Nurse demanding the location of the children of Karan and Preeta, she then forcefully made her smell the chloroform due to which the Nurse fell unconscious, but just at that same moment, Shristhi and Sameer came into the room however she managed to secretly come out of the room.
Anjali also enters the care unit where she sees the twins who are right in front of her, Anjali remembers when Arjun exclaimed he really loves Preeta and refused to accept her love for him, but said she is just his very good friend.
