At the Arora House, Sarla asks Preeta to stop worrying about Rakhi and Mahesh. Preeta tries to tell her about Prithvi’s wrongdoings but she refrains from listening to her.
The next day, Sarla decides to tell Preeta about Pragya and her mistakes.
Sarla gets upset to learn that Preeta is worried about Mahesh and Rakhi. She decides to tell Preeta about Pragya and her mistakes. Preeta feels perplexed to learn about Sarla’s revelation about Pragya and Abhi’s past. Sarla tells her that she cannot bear to see Preeta suffer like Pragya. She reminds Preeta that she does not have support of her husband or the Luthras. An upset Sarla insists Preeta to promise her that she will never go back to the Luthras!
Coincidentally, Kritika takes Rakhi to a hospital for her treatment and run into Preeta. However, Preeta sees them and asks the Nurse to send another Doctor to attend to Rakhi.
Unaware of this, Rakhi and Kritika discuss about Prithvi’s atrocities. Preeta gets shocked to hear Kritika say that Rakhi has been whipped by Mona, Prithvi’s recruit. Rakhi asks Kritika not to reveal this to any person outside the Luthra Mansion. Preeta finds it difficult to bear the fact that Mahesh and Rakhi are in such a pain.
At the Luthra Mansion, Prithvi tells Sherlyn that they need to rush their plan to usurp Karan’s wealth. He suggests Sherlyn to organise Natasha’s fake birthday party. They plan to get Karan drunk and frame him at the party.
Preeta leaves from the hospital and goes to a Temple to deal with her dilemma. She talks to the idol of a goddess to find a way out of the dilemma. Suddenly, something happens that helps Preeta take a tough decision against Prithvi.
Rakhi prepares a glass of milkshake for Mahesh, but Prithvi gets in her way and throws the glass away as a punishment.
Sherlyn questions Prithvi’s actions, which angers him and he strangles her. An overwhelmed Sherlyn asks Prithvi why he has changed so much? He says that his anger is because of the hatred towards Preeta. Prithvi asks Sherlyn to prepare Payal, disguised as Natasha, for their plan during the fake birthday party. Sherlyn tells him about planning a prayer before the party. She tells him how this prayer will help them convince the Luthras that Karan and Payal’s marriage will bring happiness.
Prithvi tells Sherlyn that she can stop pretending to be a good daughter-in-law after Karan and Payal’s Marriage.
Payal calls her friend who is expected to conduct the prayer at home, but he tells her that he’s sending his father in his place.
Dadi overhears the Sage saying that this prayer is beneficial for everyone and immediately asks Rakhi to bring Karan there.
Karan, under a state of intoxication, feels hurt to recall the times with Preeta. Rakhi enters his room to convince him to join the prayer.
Meanwhile, Kritika gets a text message about Preeta’s visit for a physiotherapy session.
Prithvi overhears Kritika apprising Rakhi of this.
During the prayer, a change in the weather worries everyone in the house.
The Sage tells them the fate of everyone in the house has changed due to the prayer. Rakhi feels perplexed and tells him that there is nothing to change now. He assures Rakhi that the change is going to be for good, which angers Prithvi. He stops Rakhi’s conversation with him and asks the Sage to mind his own business!
Sherlyn and Payal get hoperful when the Sage tells Prithvi that he did what he was called for.
Preeta, who has gotten a sign from the goddess, heads towards the Luthra Mansion. She pushes the main gate of the Mansion and enters the house with determination.
Meanwhile, everyone is worried because of the sudden power outage. Prithvi asks Karan to check on the power system and scolds Sameer for trying to do it. Sameer leaves from the living room to call Karan for the task.
Preeta walks on the ‘alta’ (Vermilion) spread on the floor, leaving her footprint in the house like a newlywed Bride.
Prithvi, Sherlyn, Dadi and Kareena get angry to see Preeta arrive there.
