Kabeer and Zara comes to their room. Kabeer looks at Zara. Bolna song plays… Kabeer takes off his coat and gives it to Zara. They imagine tending to each other. They imagine Zara making Kabeer drink water and he coming closer to her. Kabeer looks at Zara. Zara looks down, she says goodbye and goes to her room. Kabeer nods and leaves.
In the morning, Zeenat calls Irfan home and says you said one time that every female of this city is your daughter, right? So I came here to discuss a matter with my Sister. All the family members are there. Kabeer says Rukshar is in a coma and the Doctor said that her health is not improving. Zeenat says there is a question, tell me as per religion, a married woman’s responsibility is whose? her family’s or husband’s? My sister doesn’t have any family or kids, she has only me and her so called husband Kabeer, so who should take her responsibility? Irfan says a married woman’s responsibility is on her husband.
Zeenat asks Kabeer did he hear that? It’s decided then that Rukshar’s responsibility is yours for how many days or years it takes, you will take care of her, you will make her eat and drink, give her wet bath, give her medicines, stay with her, fulfill your responsibilities as her husband.
Ayesha says I am sorry to say this, but why does Kabeer have to do all that? We can hire a Nurse. Zeenat says we need a Nurse when the patient is alone, but our Rukshar has her husband around. She says to Kabeer that I know this is God’s test, Rukshar is still your wife, she might not have the right on your love, but she is your duty, so until she’s out of coma, you will take her full responsibility, as your duty, so tell me, are you ready to fulfill this duty? Zara is tensed.
Kabeer says I have fulfilled all my duties, so I will fulfill this duty too, I have to. Zara is hurt. Kabeer leaves from there.
Zara recalls how Rukshar demanded a night with Kabeer, how Kabeer accepted it and the accident with Rukshar, and how Zeenat told them that Rukhsar had planned to kill herself alongside, Kabeer. Zara says I should have understood that Rukshar can’t be human, she can never leave Kabeer, the woman who can commit suicide, can do anything for Kabeer, then how did I believe that she would leave Kabeer after a night? She recalls how Zeenat demanded that Kabeer tends to Rukshar.
Kabeer bring Rukshar home in his arms. He says to Ayesha that the Doctors have discharged her. Ayesha says take her to my room. Kabeer says no, that would be wrong, I will take her to her room. Zara looks at Rukshar’s face and sees her winking at her. She is stunned.
Kabeer brings Rukshar to her room and makes her lie in bed. He covers her with a sheet and takes off her robe while looking away. He starts cleaning her with wet towel. He looks away… Ruksaar gets up and grabs him, he is stunned and moves away. She still grabs him. Rukshar says to Kabeer that you have to fulfill your duty… duty of loving me unconditionally, I won’t let you go to Zara! She says I won’t let you go Zara. She pulls him to the bed and lies on him.
Zara is siting in her room and feels worried, she hears Rukshar laughing and saying that she played Zara well to get Kabeer… Zara runs from there. Zara is running to her room and opens the door… She turns to see Kabeer there and asks where is Rukshar? Kabeer says Rukshar is in the hospital. Zara says I saw you with Rukhsar and… Ayesha calls out to Kabeer, he leaves.
Zara comes to the Kitchen and sees Zeenat working there. She asks how is Rukshar? Zeenat says she’s in the ICU, but will be shifted to the wardroom soon. She asks Zara what are you thinking about? Tell me. Zara says you shouldn’t have done it, you say you are a Parent to Rukshar, you should have taken Rukshar’s responsibility. Zara says to Zeenat that you did everything in mine and Kabeer’s wedding because you wanted to see me and Kabeer happy, and you gave your Sister’s responsibility to Kabeer and took it, why? Zeenat says I stood by you when you remarried Kabeer, you are both my Sisters, I won’t let injustice happen with you and Rukshar. Zara thinks if my dream was true that these Sisters are fooling me?
Zeenat says to Zara that I was stood by you when you needed Kabeer, today my Sister needs Kabeer, so I am standing with her. Zeenat gets a call and says okay, I am sending someone, she leaves. Zara says to herself that I did a mistake of losing Kabeer listening to Rukshar and Zeenat, if Rukshar is Kabeer’s responsibility, then he is my responsibility, I will be with him at all times.
Zeenat says to Kabeer that they are shifting Rukshar from ICU to the wardroom, I can’t go, so you have to go. Ayesha says I can send Shehbaz there, Kabeer says no, I will go. Zara says I will go with you, Kabeer says no, you take rest. Zara says I can’t rest when you are with Rukshar, she asks Ayesha if she can go? Ayesha nods, Kabeer and Zara leaves.
Kabeer and Zara are in the Car. Zara says will you really take care of Rukhsar? Kabeer says it’s my duty, I have to unwillingly take care of her, Zara says until when? Kabeer says until she’s out of coma, when she becomes fine, then we will talk to her, he prays for Rukshar to become fine. Zara says what if she is pretending to be in a coma and she’s not really in a coma?
They come to the hospital. Kabeer asks why she said that? Zara says if she can plan to kill you, to be with you, then she can pretend to do all this to get full care from you. Kabeer says if this is a drama from her, then this will be her last drama!
The Nurse says you are late, we have shifted her to wardroom 65.
Zara and Kabir comes to Rukshar’s wardroom. They see her turned towards the TV and are stunned. Zara whispers to Kabeer that she’s watching TV, and she’s only pretending to be in a coma. Zara asks Rukshar to stop her drama, you were watching TV, just now. Kabeer says this woman has crossed her limits, she is watching TV here, her Sister is crying for her, and the family is worried. Zara asks her to wake up. Kabeer says when we tell the family and they throw her out, then she will wake up from her pretence!
The Nurse comes there and says what are you doing? The Doctor have asked to make her sit in daytime like this. She makes Rukhsar lie down again. Zara looks at Rukshar and says her eye pupil are moving… Kabeer says listen. Zara says I am telling you this is just a drama. Kabeer says she’s in a coma. Zara says I can’t trust her, she tried to kill you. Zara takes out a safety pin and says God forgive me, but I have to prick her with it, for us to know the truth. She pricks the pin on Rukshar’s hand, but she doesn’t move.
Zeenat comes there. Zara hides the pin. Zeenat asks what did Doctor say? Kabeer says he said she will be fine soon. Zeenat kisses Rukshar’s forehead and says I wish you could see your husband here to take care of you, don’t worry, God will make you fine very soon. Kabeer distracts Zeenat while Zara is about to prick her with the pin, but the Nurse comes there. She asks Kabeer to help them pick her up.
Zara asks if they don’t have staff? The Nurse says it’s lunch time. Kabeer says actually… Zeenat says he will help. Kabeer reluctantly lift Rukshar up in his arms and puts her in a wheelchair, Zeenat goes with Rukshar and the Nurse. Zara is tensed and thinks that I will end Rukhsar’s drama today!
Zara asks the Doctor if the patients can pretend to be in a coma. The Doctor says no patient has done that before. Kabeer whispers to Zara that Rukshar didn’t move her eyelids for 10 minutes. Zara says she must have practiced it. The Doctor says I think my wife is practicing that too. Kabeer laughs and says his wife would glare him for so long without moving her eyelids. The Doctor says yes. Zara says I am not joking, Rukshar can do anything to get you, she can go to any extent to put you in danger, and I can go to any extent to protect you, I can take on anything for you, I will bring out the truth about Rukshar’s coma drama, she leaves from there.
Kabeer says to Zara that I didn’t like the way you were talking to me in front of the Doctor.. I have an idea to put your idea to rest, we will know if she is doing drama or not, let’s do it in front of Rukhsar…
Zeenat says to the Nurse that I will bring her medicine. She leaves.
Kabeer asks Zara to do it. Zara says I can’t do it, I can’t put you in danger to find out the truth. Kabeer says God is with me and you are with me, I am doing all this to remove your doubt. Zara puts the waist on his back. Zara and Kabeer comes to the wardroom, the Nurse asks Kabeer to help. Zara says your staff is still not here? She shakes her heard. Kabeer helps putting Rukhsar in bed, the Nurse leaves.
Kabeer tells his plan to Zara. Kabeer asks Zara to go to the balcony and see if their Parents are coming? He silently gives lighter to Zara. Zara is worried but goes there. Kabeer lights the lighter, he burns the waist on the back and screams that he has caught fire, but Rukshar doesn’t react. Zara rushes to him, but her scarf gets stuck. Kabeer is about to burn himself, but Zara runs and takes off the waist from him. Kabeer washes her hand and whispers whose plan was it? Zara says I couldn’t see you burning. Kabeer kisses her head and says you are a fool. He shows her the waist and says this cloth doesn’t burn, you had to look at Rukhsar and see if she will come to save me as I am her love. Zara says I couldn’t think of anything when I saw you surrounded by fire, truly I can’t see you like that.
Kabeer brings out the safety pin and procks it Rukshar with it, but she doesn’t blink. Zara says you can prick her deeply with it, this time around. Kabeer says no. He whispers to her that she’s in a coma for real.
Salma says to Zara that things have changed, promise me to not ask for divorce from Kabeer, as Rukshar is in a coma and can’t come in between the both of you anymore, promise me. Zara says I promise to not ask for divorce, but I won’t pray for Rukshar to remain in the comatose state, I pray for her. Salma says I am proud of you, that you still pray for the same girl that tried to kill your husband, I am worried for Kabeer, his Wife tried to kill him and he has to take care of her, I pray that God free us from Rukshar. Zara thinks and says I have found the reason, I found it, she runs away from there.
Shehbaz says to the family that in the news, it says that a girl came out of coma after 8 years. Ayesha says pray for Rukshar to come out within 8 days. Zeenat asks Kabeer to call the hospital, to know if Rukhsar needs anything special in her room when she returns. Kabeer nods.
Zara comes there and says tomorrow, Ruksaar will not come back, but would leave this house, everyone is stunned. Shehbaz asks Salma to sit. Zeenat gives tea to her and asks Zara what she said? Zara says I mean that Rukshar’s time in this house has finished. All looks on. Zara says to Kabeer that tell me as a Scholar of religion, that if a woman tries to kill her husband, then can it be a reason to divorce her? All are stunned. Kabeer says if a Wife tries to kill her husband, then it’s a valid reason to divorce her.
Zara smiles and says we have found a way to divorce Rukshar, Rukshar tried to kill Kabeer, give divorce to her right now. All look on. Zeenat is hurt.
